Dit is een fraaie boxcamera voor formaat 6 x 9 op 120 rolfilm. Geen flitsaansluiting. 1 sluitertijd + B. Geen diafragma instelling. Het objectief is een doublet lens, waardoor de box minder diep was dan gebruikelijk. Geen afstandsinstelling. Filmtransport via draaiknop met visuele controle op fotonummer achter rood venstertje aan achterzijde. De Beau serie met art deco front werd in 1930 uitgebracht in 5 kleurencombinaties. De roze en groene uitvoeringen werden tot 1931 gemaakt, de andere 3 kleuren tot 1933. Gekocht op een fotografica beurs in Doesburg in augustus 2014.

This is a pretty boxcamera for 6 x 9 cm size on 120 rollfilm. No flash contacts. One shutterspeed + B. No focussing, no aperture settings. The lens type is a doublet lens, making it possible to reduce the depth of the camera. Film transport via wind-on knob with visual control on picture number through a red window at the back. The Beau serie with art deco front was introduced in 1930 in 5 color combinations. The rose and green cameras were produced only in 1930 and 1931; the other 3 colors tiil 1933. Bought on an open air camera fair in Doesburg in August 2014.
