Ontspanknop is geblokkeerd tegen dubbele opnamen. Sluitertijden worden automatisch gekozen bij ingesteld diafragma o.b.v. lichtmeting door de lens; geen signalering van gekozen tijd in de zoeker. Automaat is alleen uitschakelbaar voor flits (stand X 1/100), geen handbediening mogelijk. Instelbare filmgevoeligheid t.b.v. automaat. Afstandsinstelling variabel via draairing rondom lens van 0,45 meter tot oneindig; scherpstelling met behulp van matglasbeeld zichtbaar in zoeker. Daarnaast ook nog een scherptedieptering rondom objectief. Variabel irisdiafragma, instelbaar van 2,0 tot 22. Verwisselbaar objectief SMC Pentax-M 1 : 2,0 50 mm met K-bajonet van Asahi Opt. Co. Fimtransport via handel met opnameteller en automatische stop. Doorzichtzoeker op geprojecteerd matglasbeeld. Spiegel klapt op bij afdrukken en komt weer automatisch terug. Stroomvoorziening automaat via 2 knoopcellen van 1,5 volt, type G 13.

Metal focal plain shutter with shutter speeds from 1 sec. - 1/1000 + B. Release button is blocked against double exposures. Shutterspeed is selected automatically at set aperture based on through the lens (TTL) metering; no selected speed indication in the viewfinder. Automatic selection can be switched off for flash (mark X 1/100), no manual operation possible. Adjustable film sensitivity for the exposure meter. Focusing variable via a distance control ring around the lens from 0,45 meter to infinity; focus can be controlled on the image in the viewfinder.There is also a depth of field scale around the lens. Variable iris diaphragm, aperture settings from 2,0 to 22. Interchangeable lens SMC Pentax-M 1 : 2,0 50 mm with K-bayonet mount of Asahi Opt. Co. Filmtansport via advance lever with frame counter and automatic stop. See-through viewfinder on projected image of the exposure lens. Mirror flips up at shutter release and returns automatically. Power supply from 2 mignon cells of 1,5 volt each, typel G 13.
